Work-life Mindfulness Mastery
Master the use of mini mindfulness practices during your workday to immediately improve productivity and reduce stress.
Our 8-week program is for those with busy lifestyles who prefer a do-it-yourself approach. We offer weekly group coaching sessions (45-minutes each) to support you in conquering any unexpected challenges. Our work-life mindfulness mastery course focuses on half of the productivity wheel (coaching, mindfulness, and mindset). Our course also includes 2 hours of 10-minute, 5-minute, and 2-minute guided mindfulness recordings to use at work or during your day.
